We don't even know when the S400 was deployed since it was S300s that were most common during the war.

True I just went with the headline. I'm not aware of any visual clues that can distinguish between S300 and S400 in this case

S-400 is S-300PMU3. It's an old system. It's already replaced by S-350.

No - the S-350 is a different PRODUCT LINE - with a MAX 120km range - it is not a replacement of the S400.. that would be the "S500" ... do some research first please...

120 km is just about the max engagement rage of modern warfare. All the modern SAM like NASAM, IRIS, HQ-22, S-350 are between 100 and 200 km range.
