Great development to have SATCOM but will we have opportunely to have a satellite orbiting the Earth under current Gov. ?

A satellite ? You need at least 4 , optimally 6 positioning satellites to construct a regional positioning system which would allow you to operate it around Iran.

Till than you can use Russian GLONASS or Chinese BeiDou (I'm ruling out GPS since it's a US system)

Well I grew up in germany and I don't know much about persian poetry but german poetry.

Can u tell us more about the SAR radar?

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an airborne radar system for high resolution ground imaging and for the detection of moving targets on the ground.

Three distinct operating modes allow for flexible use based on mission requirements. The Spotlight Mode provides high resolution imaging of a specific area of interest, the Stripmap Mode offers imaging of broader areas, and the GMTI modes enables the detection of moving targets on the ground.

How do they operate?

Imagine a ground based radar. Radar system sends a wave to target, then sends a second wave. These two waves reflects from the target back to radar, by calculating the interval of two waves you can determine the target's location, speed, direction. SAR radars operates the exact opposite. Radar is moving, target (ground) is not moving, thus allowing you to map the terrain, detect moving targets, etc....

What's special about them?

SAR systems are valuable in airborne surveillance applications, allowing for effective 24/7 imaging under all kinds of adverse weather conditions.
