Bad idea. Gwadar is the last disturbed place in Pakistan. Industrial and military presence will only ruin it further. There is also tension with many Baloch nationalists which will worsen.

And for the record Gwader is far away from the Indian border so it needs no military base.

Before dreaming about Su 35 Pakistan should look at it's budget. Then think carefully if it is worth spending our hard earned cash on Su 35 or developing newer models of JF 17 like block III and later block IV etc. We should spend our budget wisely.
