I think the Russians are VERY confident in the capabilities of the S-300PUM2 as otherwise they would not be giving them to the Syrians.
Either the Jews will stop attacking Syria or their planes will get shot down in droves now.

Anyway, Russians are two-faced morons who had this coming. They are supposed to be Syria's ally and made a deal with Zionists to leave Syria defenceless. I am sure that Assad was not at all upset they accidentally shot down the Russian plane.

Israel never admits any raids, and in the only time an Israeli plane was shot down Israel admitted it and bombed 7 SAMs and over a hundred targets in Syria.
Syria claims it shot down more planes than Israel has to offer.
