It's not about Ethnicities, it's more about them trusting Muslims/Pakistani's for Jobs in CIA or FBI, yes many Pakistani's will work for them for money or Green card but still, it's hard to believe that Americans let them in such sensitive posts.

There are countless Pakistanis with top secret clearance in the US. They are US Citizens which makes them equal to any other ethnicity or religion. Any attempt to discriminate against them leads to SEVERE consequences through state mechanisms.

Does it mean they intentionally exclude Pakistanis ? Isn't there a law or something to prevent it from happeneing ?

There is a law and a complete system if a Pakistani in the US State alleges that an Indian supervisor discriminated against them in any process. If it is proven the career of that Indian is finished & if false vice versa.

However, the Pakistani government can’t complain with the same weight if the said Indian makes biased decisions as an American and part of the state.

This sale could be a test run to see how the new US administration will work with Pakistan, they know PA needs these attack helicopters for clearing out the remaining pockets of TTP and JuA, stopping the sale will mean that even the new Administration is not interested in working with Pakistan.

While india is being provided Apache's, Pakistan is denied the acquisition of 50 year old cobras.

If that doesn't tell us who are enemy is than nothing will.

Bro time doesn't waits for anyone and its our time to move on and after getting sanctioned Zulu's our true friends and enemy faces are crystal cleared.
F 16 sanctions gave us JF 17, when we returned US leased ships and they scraped us rather then leave it with us to be used and it ended up fruitarian of Turkish boats decades latter with TOT. There withholding of Zulu's am sure will lead us to find our own solution soon, just wait for another 5 years. Best option is to normalize relation with USA.
2nd is to wait for Turkish T-129 and stick with TAI project.
3rd is to buy Australians Euro tiger helicopters which are available in near future.
Chinese helicopters are good but are not capabile at high altitudes.

On the technical side, what's stopping PA to upgrade the systems on it's cobras using what is available on the T129s?
Jordans modernized Cobras were able to shed 300lbs in weight from replacing outdated equipment.
I am guessing Bahrain has had similar success. We have great relationship with both these operators. Why not see what they had done and replicate it with what's available to us?

USA is not going to normalize relations as long as CPEC hangs in the balance.
Best option is to keep Neutral relations with USA atm.
Finish CPEC projects ASAP. Talk to China repeatedly to restructure loans/defer interests on pending project loans so as to get CPEC fully operational fast.
Locate and study markets, Develop own industry alongside / give incentives to local manufacturers (for finished exportable end products) , to take max benefit of CPEC so Pak can start generating revenue fast not only to repay its loans but move economy forwards.
Please stop export of raw material dirt cheap out of the country !
Once the economy is strong, USA will offer all sorts of arms to Pakistan. It will stop it's pipe dreams of trying to prop a cowardly, deceitful nation like India against China and may well be dependent on Pakistan's friendly ties with China in certain areas of need also.
Get your house in order first. Walk the walk then do the talk !

One thing you have to admire about Americans is that when countries in ME are strengthening dictators and individuals in communists China and Russia becoming one man show, America strengthen its national institution which is why no matter how many black lives matter or white supremacists pops up, the institution and law will take its due course, imagine a brown federal agent arresting a white supremacists only can happen in USA
