We are all related ethnically.

No we aren’t. Pashtuns and baloch are more genetically similar to Iranians than Punjabis or Sindhis. Gilgitis are more similar to tibetans than us. Wakhi are more similar to Tajiks than other Pakistanis.
We aren’t ethnically same nor are we genetically same. We don’t even have the same culture language. But we are united because we’re Muslims. Islam is the uniting factor in Pakistan. Without Islam you would have no Pakistan.

Prophet used to be proud of being bani hashim tho. Just don't make it your whole identity

Patriotism and nationalism is very different. Nationalism is haram in Islam. Our nabi (ﷺ) was never nationalistic!
