“Resign Modi”: Independence Day banner dropped from London’s Bridge

.
I don't understand your urge to defend Taliban, my age is not the issue here rather, the worlds largest opium producer right next door is. And the Taliban runs on the drug money. Indian presence in Afghanistan is much lower than the US-NATO presence, our involvement in Afghanistan is as same as our involvement in Nepal or Bhutan or even BD, where there may be some political influence and are mostly concentrated in developmental projects.

It is funny how Pakistanis making it out as if it's Indian withdrawal from Afghanistan as opposed to US withdrawal, shows how much BS has been fed by ISPR that you believe the troubles in your border areas are because of India and not the Taliban factions with dubious connections with terror groups in Pakistan.
You need to stop running in circles and parroting the same lines over and over again.
Stating some plain facts is in no way means I'm defending these cave dwellers.
Let me ask you this, how many consulates did the likes of US or NATO operated in Afghanistan unlike India which had missions in every major city....hell this paradise must have been favourite tourist spot for Indians.
You may be brain dead due to your fake factory media influence but ISPR doesn't need to remind us of the language that was coming out of Kabul in recent times.....something unheard of in say past 20 years....and very Indian of you to conveniently ignore the fact that the drug trade actually sky rocketed once the Talibans were out of power. The menace has always been there even before the Soviets invaded that paradise.

Lol! You're claiming as if Kabul was the epicentre of opium cultivation, in fact, it was the Taliban controlled areas that were known for the cultivation of opium. The US conducted strikes in those specific regions. Throwing random words like tourist destination etc... India had four consulates, the question should be why Pakistan didn't have many consulates despite hosting hundreds of thousands of Afghans on their soil. Our consulates are for the convenience of the locals who consult the consulates for various matters from trade to exchange programs, development activities.

Stop making a fool of your self further......you are obviously completely oblivious to the regions history.
Afghanistan had major drug problem even before the invasion of Soviet Russia....it's never too late to learn.

Afghanistan first began producing opium in significant quantities in the mid-1950s, to supply its neighbor Iran after poppy cultivation was banned there. Afghanistan increased production and became major suppliers of opiates to Western Europe and North America in the mid-1970s, when political instability combined with a prolonged drought disrupted supplies from the Golden Triangle.

The rest of your post is pure BS.....was India involved in more developments than say America.....and how many consulates did US or others involved ran there. Lol.

Who is making a fool of themselves? I simply said, the massive drug problem and terrorism that's going to come out of this mess is thankfully not directly on our borders and then you started to whitewash Taliban terrorists.

Fancy name, but now it's Golden Crescent that's the problem.

Name a few US companies that were running infra projects in Afghanistan? Or list major development projects undertaken by the US, there could be many.

Lol....you were of opinion that the drug problem was actually created by Talibans.....while everyone else is snow white.....so i simply corrected you that the problem has always been there and UN states that after the Talibans were deposed in 2002.....the menace became much worse.

They have also been blowing hot 'n cold forever.

Off course, since most Indians descend on PDF oblivious to the outside world, what harm in enlightening them. :D

I don't know if you have a comprehension issue, I didn't say Taliban invented opium (which will be your next line of putting words). But I understand your difficulty in squarely blaming Taliban. Besides I'm not talking about history but in present. What do you think is the largest source of income of Taliban?

I was sure googling will give some USAID details. No, there are Indian engineers and workers who do the work in those regions, there are Indian companies like L&T who undertake projects. Not USAID funding water supply project. Even the Biden admin just today made it clear they were never there for development project in Afghanistan, rather securing US interest. Why should they have consulates if no US workers arrive for construction projects? Given you don't even have a tube light to enlighten yourself and you're talking about enlightening indians.

Well you certainly like to move your goal posts as I provided proof that the drug problem got worse even when the Talibans were not in power so Taliban or no Taliban, the menace always existed and if this is source of income for them then do you think the other parties dished it out for free.
And maybe if i was in India i would need the appeasement angle but living here in UK, i have no such issues as i have said before, there's no love lost for the cave dwellers.

Well the light you are seeing is just the empty space between your ears.....you are obviously keen to just press the reply button without any knowledge on the subject or understanding of the history.
Was Biden making the US policy for Afghanistan back in 2002 when the Americans invaded Afghanistan.
since you are trying to imply that India has done more development work than America in Afghanistan so how many Indian contractors were killed there because the figure for American contactors killed over last 20 odd years exceeds their military casualties. Go figure.
