It was just exchange of few words, and we had similar few words about Israel.
Israel even helped us in sanction times for f16 & spares parts, conformal tanks already discussed here many times. They also helped us in Soviet afghan war dear with including K.S A, U.S.A, and other allies.

For F-16s, I believe it was Jordan. At the end of the day, neither Israel nor Pakistan need each other's recognition to exist. Conformal tanks came with the block 52s, as for other things such as maintenance parts, Pakistan purchased them from Turkey, which in turn imported key parts from a company in Israel. And operation cyclone wasn't done in goodwill, it was to stop soviet advances which would ultimately threaten Israel.

First of all do you known why BLACK SEPTEMBER occurred ... ??

& was that action directed towards an organization or towards the State of Palestine ... ??

so my dear you can attempt to change direction of discussion .... but the fact of the matter will remain unchanged that Pakistan supports the idea of 'Palestinian Statehood' as STATE ... our support was not based or restricted by our relation with an 'ORGANIZATION'

when we do not recognize Israel as an State then how could our Passport be effective for that State ... ??
