pdf, word document or notepad.. is not the issue. Rehabilitation is only possible when there is RTI and woman are empowered. Then the whole system changes and real power to woman are provided by lokpal.

3.) These are 2 different things a member can be a supporter but its not compulsory that a a supporter is also a member.
