Dont join then.
This is not an aid distribution center where the Big 3 put in the money for the rest. This is a loot. Money earned off Indians back is being distributed to Pakistani's and others.

If nations want equality, then they should be willing to pay equally for it as well. And if they dont want to contribute as much then they should have lesser say as well.

IMF has the exact same concept. Voting shares come with money contributed.
