Their (Ayub/Zia etc) spirits are weak. Their tombs are empty. No joy there. They were worldly people with no inclination of sacred love.

Now qudrutullah shahab, who actually served with Ayub, he is a different entity altogether. Mumtaz Mufti is another. They knew the path of spirituality and divine love even when they did worldly Govt jobs.

One tale comes to mind.
Years ago, when hiking/ camping trips weren’t so mainstream, me and a couple friends were on a hiking trip in the Northern areas. It was just before dusk and we had hiked all day. We We were walking along a foot trail with a ravine (almost sheer drop) drop on one side and a about 70 degree slope on the other. Just as we were walking we saw something climb up from the ravine, stop in the middle of the track, stare at our literal souls with its jet black eyes for a few seconds, then climb at an ungodly speed up the slope using its hands and feet. The thing was a humanoid, thinly built but muscular, about 9 feet high, body arched forward from the upper back, had short light brown hair all over it and had massive hands. That was disturbing to say the least. As soon as we saw it all of us asked each other if they saw it too and we all did. Safe to say most of us didn’t sleep that night when we made camp. We still talk about it whenever we discuss our hikes.

If you want a Pakistani reference of something similar to what I talked about, then read ALAKH NAGRI by Mumtaz Mufti, which mentions a spiritual side of Shahab as well as a spiritual entity dubbed as 90 (I think) meeting and guiding him. It’s in the last few chapters of the biography. And read SHAHABNAMA too.

That would be the Pakistani version of what I talked about.

And no, that spiritual entity didn’t serve halwa neither biryani to shahab Sahab.

Mine are mostly to do with synchronicity. I even went to four psychics, two of which already knew my thoughts one even before i reached his apartment room.

Since age 11 I was under the suspicion that I'm being haunted by some kind of negative external force.

I am technically an agnostic by faith because philosophically it doesn't answer our existence.

However since I have a strong sense of not only pattern recognition but predict certain events not long before they happen, without any prior clue.

It's happened a number of times. And exactly when it's supposed to happen. By late 2013 I became suspicious that something bad was going to undo everything I achieved that year.

Such happened in April 2014. It changed my life. Ever since I hung up the evil eye amulet in my room. I still have no proof for this but I wasn't willing to take anymore changes.

The last psychic I went to told me that I'd been cursed by the evil eye since infancy. A woman well known to me cast it on me when I was born.

When I looked up the evil eye's symptoms, it stated it caused one to do subconscious self-harm which is what I was doing all along.

I had a couple of other on-sight experiences but it's too long to write in this post. Maybe in another post.

There are spiritual ones if you can see pious spirits and conduct religious/spiritual practices.

From Islamic perspective spirits or rooh cannot visit anybody. All the types of wahis and nabuwat are closed (except dreams). And then purposefully interacting with Jin or Shayatin is not allowed in Islam.
Religious practices are as defined by Quran and Sunnah, those are what a Muslim should follow. There is no place for religious activity with spirits. Allah knows best.

A friendly advice, dont share your dreams. In Islam keep them secret and only share it with those with knowledge.

Metaphysical world is real. Things are interconnected in some form of energy. What you think will become reality. If you worry to much about something, than that thing will happen, if you see yourself getting rich, then money will start flowing toward you.

Quran also states something on the same lines, that humans get what they hope for.

Similarly, these paranormal stuff, sprits, demons and jinns can sense fear in you get emboldened by it. Human fear give them energy. Blood rituals give them most energy, that’s why magicians do blood rituals. If you don’t feel scared then they are harm less. Specially if you offer 5 daily prayers, preferably in Masjid. Telling you from experience. I have list of weird encounters and even contacted Raqi once who told me, something from long time is with me. .
