I have a little different opinion, the policy in case of Altaf and MQM tends to change along with military leadership, Kyani & Musharraf allowed Altaf to do nunga naach in karachi for as long as they were there in the office...as soon as Raheel Sharif came the policy changed and MQM along with Altaf has been cleaned up. What i am waiting for is the time when Army wud change their stance in case of Nawaz and that particular time is not too far.
