Yes, it is a different issue..

IK booked an apartment and paid 2.97 million in advance in early 2000s..

He didn't disclose this amount in 2013 nonimation papers.. I know he must have forgotten about it, but it was his asset if the advanced payment was towards the total consideration of the property..
