What was the case?? Pakistan started import of LNG in 2015 and signed a long term agreement in 2016.
He had been accused of awarding a 15-year contract for a terminal against the rules when he was the petroleum minister in former premier Nawaz Sharif’s cabinet. The case was closed by NAB in 2016 as the allegation was proved wrong, and the NAb ruled that the contract was awarded as per rules but then reopened in 2018 on the basis that it was awarded at higher rate than the 2nd terminal.

Isnt this was opened and closed by chairman nab appointed by NS. Then what r u complianing for ?

If this case was correct then SKA was rightly in jail and the case is incorrect then NS should be in jail for oppointing incompetent person for such an important post.
