Nawaz sharif party president rahay ya na rahay officially..is se koi khaas farq nahi parta.. Abhi woh party president nahi hai..phir bhi NS hi party ko control karraha hai.. So..i am not bothered abt that..

Mujhe abhi bhi wohi confusion hai..ke why isnt anyone discussing abt 5 yr disqualification term introduced in bill in senate yesterday? This is what actually matters..kiun ke phir se NS wapis aa sakta hai..is se ...assembly main..

Kal Kamran khan ke show main jab he bill ke baaray main kamran khan bataa raha tha( although i strongly dislike kamran khan) so he told abt this clause tht now disqualification has been reduced to 5 yrs and PML N has a plan ke abhi 5 yrs kia hai.. Baad main is se bhi kam kar dein ge disqualification period..

Why is everyone only focussed on party prsidency thing? Wgy is none discussing abt 5 yr term of disqualification? Even ppl like Klasra and Khawar ghumman are not discussing it..who are stronly anti PML N.. Even sheikh Rashid only talked abt party presidency clause..

Dnt they know abt this 5 yr term introduced in the bill?baaj Mohammad Malick ke prog main kal ka bill discuss hota araha..they wee critcising it..but there was no mention of this 5 yr thing introduced in the bill.. Why?

@Realistic Change do u have any info regarding this? Do u know..if Imran Khan is aware of this ...5 yr term for disqualification introduced in bill in senate yestaerday? Does Imran khan even know abt it? Plzz can u check and share this, with us?

Yeh main ne hi share kia tha upar.. We PTI supporters have courage to criticize our party.. We are not like those, for whom the words of their respective leaders become more important than Quran and Hadith..

Everyone knows about it...

The main reason is that they are thinking that section 203 will allow NS to become party president in future again.. no retrospective application is needed. However, 232 states:

232. Disqualification on account of offences.— Where a person has been convicted for any offence under this Act or has been found guilty of any corrupt or illegal practice by a Tribunal, he shall, if the Commission is of the view that circumstances so warrant and makes an order to that effect, be disqualified for such period not exceeding five years as may be specified in the order from being, or being elected as a Member of an Assembly, the Senate or a local government.

Everyone is of the view that 232 will only apply to the future cases..

How unjust would that be, a person, de-seated on corruption charges in August 2017, has been disqualified for life, and another who commits a murder in 2018 and is awarded 14 years of jail term, will be able to stand in elections in 2023 from jail.

NS should go to court to get justice for himself..
