Yes, I read a lot of other sections as well. For example, read section 60 2 (a), it is clear that 62/ 63 pe wohi purana wala no compromise hai abhi tak..

Apparently tu yehi lagta hai ke..this will apply to future cases.. But still why isnt anyone talking abt it?

I am surprised why PTI / no media anchor is talking abt it? Abhi main Sheikh Rashid ka interview sunn rahi thee.. It seems..tht atleast he doesnt know abt this section 232.. Us ne khud tu bill parha nahi hoga.. And media is also not talking abt it.... Sheikh Rashid clearly said ke kal senate main kia hua aur kaisy pass hua? Mujhe nahi pata...main ne tu media par news dekhi..

PTI should challenge it in SC...

@Farah Sohail i dont think that section 232 is going to have any effect on NS as this is talking about disqualification in this act or by the commission only ... As NS is not disqualified as per this act and nor by any commission so this specific clause is not applicable on this particular case ...

Check mine and @PakSword 's later posts.. I think our confusion is cleared to a great extent.. We have roughly gone through that bill.. Its link is shared here... It seems..nothing is changed regd 62/63 and section 232 is similar to earlier ROPA act 1976

I am only fearing, if SC rejects PTIs petition, then PMLN will definitely go for the amendment in the next round.

@PakSword @Farah Sohail 62 , 63 cannot be changed that easily specially when even PMLN is .divided .. 2 /3 majority will now be achieved ...

I think Shiekh Rasheed should challenge whereas IK should focus on Zardari now
