Has ECP changed? has there been any meaningful election reforms? have the ROs been made accountability for their mistakes? has there been any transparency in result calculation and announcement process?

The answers are obvious and so is the aftermath.

PTI must file a petition in SC...against election election commission, atleast 6 months before next election and pray for SC's supervision over EC in next election...otherwise next elections in 2018 will be a futile exercise.. So PTI must go to SC against Election commission, by dec 2017

You forgot to add high courts in the list,.. Esp LHC and Islamabad High Court... Every important petition against sharifs or any influential ppl....in IHC goes to certain Justice Amir Farooq..jo har petition ko rject kar dete hain.. 90% LHC tu hai hi inka apna

Now tht high courts havent done anything..... I think its impossible at this stage .. to disqualify kulsoom Nawaz on PPP's petition against her nomination..after disqualifying NS...... Safest option for SC is now, to stay election results...ye bhi waisy bhtt mushkil hai, in current scenario for SC....after PML N's propaganda campaign

Aqalmand hogaee hai awam.. abb nahi biktay donkey meat biryani pe.

@bold true.. Also, the fact tht Justice Gulzar ..is.heading this bench..is another factor.....jis ki wajah se bilkol hi impossible hai..KN ko disqualify karna... Either J Gulzar excuses himself from the bench... But ye bhi controversial hoga ke kiun excuse kia? But its absolutely impossible for Justice Gulzar to reject her nomination....now. I feel for him , loll.. Har tarah se buri tarah phans chukay hain...but one thing..i am sure..he cant disqualify her.... Ziada se ziada election result stay karsaktay hain.. But ye bhi mushkil hai

Justice Gulzar is not controversial till now. He hasn't spoken too much during the proceedings. Also, he didn't give any remarks/ used any words that might have irked PMLN.

Agar Justice Khosa had been appointed, it would have been a different situation altogether. Abhi tak PMLN ne shor nahi machaya tou unhain pata hai ke Justice Gulzar ke khilaaf bhi bolaingay tou sara media peechay par jaega..

They only want to focus on Justice Khosa in my opinion..

Justice Gulzar is not controversial till now. He hasn't spoken too much during the proceedings. Also, he didn't give any remarks/ used any words that might have irked PMLN.

Justice Khosa tu chuttiyon par hain. Ek journalists jis ka article share kia tha.. He told..in his article tht We knew tht verdict last day of hearing par hi aajayega because J Khosa is going on holidays............... Iss liye hi unhon ne kaha tha shayad ke friday ke baad bench available nahi hoga.. Jaldi hearing khatam karein.. So Justice Khosa tu ho hi nahi saktay thay...

Agar panama case ke judges ko hi daalna tha tu uss 3 member bench ko ye case kiun nahi de diya CJ ne? Ejaz Afzal, Sheikh Azmat Saeed, aur Ijaz ul ahsan ka bench next week cases sunn raha hai.. Unhein he de dete ke ..teeno mil kar ye pressure le letay.. Ab Justice Gulzar akelay phans gaye hain.. mera khyal hai..ke overall...SC..is waqt Kulsoom Nawaz ko disqualify nahi karsakti.... Justice Gulzar, included or not..

So we shouldnt expect anything from this petition... Dekhtay hain ke result stay hota hai ya nahi?
