Pakistan's Onslaught Against India at UNGA - What's Next?

Out of frustration it just might. It has been cornered.

Kindly rephrase, we have respectable women on this forum.
the respectible women are more mature than me. they can read it. and comprehend it. but i'll make it more gentle for tiny minds.

The usual bongis from PM Khan as if he's doing election campaigning in Pakistan. This is the reason why nobody outside the PTI shell takes him seriously.

As usual, his speech was incoherent, fumbling, jumped from one issue to another and very weak.

PM Khan simply needs to order the three hundred thousand Pakistani soldiers deployed in Kashmir to attack India. If he can't, he should resign and live happily ever after in England with his children.
PMIK should really order the army to round up every patwari hiding in their shithole to be sent to India.

. . .
This is now crystal clear that Pakistan will not support any proxy war, and will not initiate a limited or full scale war. My question to all Pakistani forum members.. What now? Please shed some light on what do you think about the next few months/ years.. and predict the next steps of India and Pakistan.

I think at the end of the speech IK left a msg. ...

Not just for West of what will happen but for Muslims what needs to be done.

That we fight islamophpbia
That Muslims will be angered if not given justice and will rise..

I just wish Muslims got the msg

@Dubious you've summed it up. IK has given his prediction and that being Kashmiris and other muslims picking up arms - this could be interpreted as an unspoken and unannounced call for armed Jihad. It is a clear message for the Kashmiris, rise up, pick up the gun and fight!

Once the Kashmiri genocide starts, the 'proxies' or those wanting to fight will be (released and) allowed to cross the CFL.

India will initiate a Northern war, it is waiting for Blackwater lead ISIS on the NorthWest to attack. Just waiting to see how it plays out in Afghanistan as recognising Taliban by China, Russia, Iran and Pakistan needs to be done in coming time to force USA to leave. That may just be the final trigger for Blackwater lead ISIS to attack Pakistan.

We may have bought some additional time after the utter crushing of Modi at UNGA.

What was we expecting in Post IK speech scenario is now near. The IK speech was very clear and decisive....nothing left for diplomatic front and the message has been delivered.

Indians announced reduced curfew restriction is few relatively calm areas. But since morning multiple reports of clashes with three deaths have been reported.

The fabricated pulwama type incident is less likely now due to IK's repeated calls. The real possibility is now heavier clashes on LoC.

Calls for rise up and pick up arms will not take reality phase ....Kashmiris are , in general, not fighters like afghans....for their inspirations "outsiders" actions will be required.

Indian Media channels focusing more on IK's statement of Nuclear War ...they are directed this statement and asking UN to take actions against a country giving nuclear war threats while standing in UN HQ.

I am certain that this issue is not going to die down. Escalation is imminent and inescapable. The stalemate has already been broken and cannot be restored now; because the parties involved are not ready to back off. Neither India, nor Pakistan. How it will unfold, cannot be told in advance, because there are more than one ways, it can take and the course, it take, may even be beyond our conception, now. History is replete with such examples, some even from subcontinent. Proxy war is not going anywhere; but now it would be executed far more cautiously. That is what I think.
Yes I too was thinking the same.
But now I think their strategy is to delay the curfew as far as possible and making the world forget about Kashmir crisis.
I think nothing is going to happen.
Our top leadership also want to avoid war so they can fully enjoy their five year term in government. They came to power for all the enjoyment and protocol not to sacrifice when it's needed and only sacrifice and dealing with crisis shows how big leader you are .Speeches are easy.

Let us see, how the might of "Time" unfolds the scenarios and circumstances.

Going out on a limb to give a few examples of what may go wrong that may still be turned into going in our favor if we prepare for it.

What can happen: A Terrorism event that leads to a need for another operation in border Area along Afghan/ Iran border, against...lets suppose the helicopter riding ISIS version in that area.
Scenario: Create Double jeopardy for US. Its time to cash in the friendship claim of Trump or expose his duality for just bragging what we want to hear on Kashmir to make us comply and help with the Taliban.
Opportunity: Getting Viper Zulu Attack Helicopters pronto. Make US put up or shut up (be exposed).

What can Happen: A Terrorism event targeting the Chinese in Gwadar.
Scenario: Gwadar port is a sensitive concern of China, why not invite China to base its Navy there.
Opportunity: Getting China up and openly against India and supporting an armed indigenous Kashimiri Struggle.

What can happen: Lifting of Curfew in IOK. India attacks Pakistan along LOC again, claims like Sir-Jee-Kal StrikeI.
Scenario: Kashmiri Mujahideen attack Indian forces or a false flag by India.
Opportunity: Getting Ammunition and training to IOK Mujahideen

Now if Indians do attempt terrorism activities in Pakistan and we all know that they are trying to sabotage CPEC and general peace in Pakistan as well as eyeing Azad Kashmir.

So this is just an example of how we can turn the table on Indians like never before attempted in recent history. Every catastrophe can be turned into an opportunity.

We have to be pragmatic as well as proactive in our approach towards the current Geo-Strategic paradigm. Anyone can read into the examples and get their brain waves going about possible scenarios and opportunities instead of dreading the worst outcome and waiting for the inevitable.

I do agree with @IceCold that Pakistan may be waiting for the October FATF meet to make its move in IOK but we have to time our actions and preparations based on preempting the events in the region. IK mentioned how India tried to get us Black listed in FATF anyway so it is definitely a concern but Pakistan should indeed try to tread the tightrope of supporting the armed Kashmiri struggle.

@Khafee @Mangus Ortus Novem @Path-Finder @Verve @Arsalan @PakSword @Signalian

The question of our meaningful existence may depend on the answer to the following; Should Pakistan leave the events of the region decide its fate or are we going to grab the initiative and do something about it.

Are you an attention seeker ?

GanguDaesh already attacked us today in Chaman... one dead, several wounded. Attack was directed at Fazlu's party... go figure the connection if one is needed.

I shall write up about the totality of the WhatCanHappenNext as @PakSword has framed it for us. Now a bit under the weather... so might be later today.

PTM/BLA/Fazlu/Billo/Nanni
are at this stage National Security Threats. Period.

PMIK needs to be bunkered
... his security now is paramount... if he does his stubborness then we must lock him the PMHouse... this is critically important.

Mangus
Inna Lillahe wa Inna Elaihe Rajeon, we must not let this martyrdom go unavenged.

I pray also that you get well sooner and always stay healthy, In Sha Allah. Take your time and broaden our horizons like you always do.

IK already told world leaders.. When they lift curfew there will be bloodshed, and then pak will never see this happening.. We will interfere and then there is big chances of nuclear exchanges between two countries

I think the end of the speech hinted at how he thinks the situation would unfold.

If oppression continues - Muslims from Kashmir, India and the world may get radicalised and pick up arms. Attacks could happen in Kashmir or even in India.

Just because you don't have open training camps and hafiz Saeed types going about - doesn't mean you can't support the resistance fighters in Kashmir.

We don't run Talib training camps - and not have for a lpng time. However, there is likely a reason they listen to us still.

There's many ways to skin a cat - and I think we've learnt a few along the years.

We can support the resistance - we just have to do it with plausible - not necessarily perfect - deniability.
Walaikum assalam.

We have only seen stone pelting till now by the Kashmiris (except on a few instances that we can count on our fingers). They will have to up the ante if they want independence.

I am not saying that we have to send our men into the valley, but Kashmiris will have to start a war like Taliban have been fighting in Afghanistan.

Kashmiris will keep losing men in less numbers over decades, but those numbers will not put any meaningful impact on the world to intervene.
Without them taking chances and

So whats next after UNGA ... I did write about the events that look like unfolding next...internal political upheaval and otherwise a general sense of disappointment creeping in and nose diving morale of the nation already battered by economic hardship due to inaction of the world on Kashmir issue but also, its outfall on GOP that it did not do enough despite the accolades of Khan at UNGA and diplomatic front.
This is exactly I am fearing of.

To me, this current Kashmir crises has been looked at by our Military and Civil Leadership in all the wrong way. It is not a threat but an opportunity. Pakistan must take the recent turn of events as a military opportunity to force India into the corner by threatening a two and a half front war.
I don't think India is deterred by merely threats now. We have been doing exercises for several years with our Chinese friends, but they are doing what they want to do.

Unless there are costs involved for India, GOI will be happy with the status quo.

I know that Pakistan is not going to back off. But what I am fearing is that Kashmiris will not be able to put up a strong resistance. If Kashmiris only continue with their usual once-in-a-while attacks, I am afraid we will not be able to help them with our men, because India will bark in front of the world that Pakistan is sending terrorists into IOJnK.
