It will only worsen the situation and give those terrorists more obvious excuses to target civilians. Besides, you can't pick guns and fight a suicide bomber, because those cowards do their jobs by wearing women dresses or bomb belts under their clothes.
The best solution is that Pak Army kick those terrorists' arses (in action, not words) and don't let them do whatever they want.

The source of the problem should be erased, like leaders and major funding sources.

There is no divide between Shias & Sunnis in Pakistan. We are Sunnis but many of our relatives are Shias. I think whoever consider Shias non-muslims is a non-muslim himself.
