I'm sharing some backstage photos, by your highness @khan's permission:

In real life designers never smile: in photo, an angry HSY:

When they line up for the ramp, models are simply numbers: people-commodities:

And it's tiring and depressing:

(^for homework, figure out who's who in the picture)

And finally when it's all over, the 'haute couture' is consigned to suitcases and shipped out unceremoniously:

So all in all, the glamour and the attitude you see is only a façade, in reality it's lot of elbow grease and frustration.
