Before posting, have you yourself read the link properly? Had Pakistan owed money to Russia, Russians would have dithered to invest in Pakistan. But that's not the case. Here Russians owe something to Pakistan and hence they will be eager to pay off that debt by investing there.

For your information i can give just a simple fact, when one south indian state planning for making deep sea port and during tender process one chinese company participated and ready for huge investment.The huge investment proposal by chinese company likely to win bid.But india does not give security clearance for investment as the company is from china.

So we are not taking chinese investment blindly even though chinese or any other country for investment will be welcomed.We have huge local industry to be protected.
