IS it Any Substantial Strategic Development Even India Has More Strategic Development with China than this pak-russian relationship .The development you talking about don't Impact Russian Foreign Policy on Kashmir Issue or any other Strategic Issue which Relates India or its Interest Directly,Because it Can't and Never will be Anyone who has difference with it are Real Denialist

Times are changing and Pakistan is doing dam good at diplomatic level and this visit will also put India in really uneasy position. We should hope major defence deals specially of MI-35 and MI-28 helicopters along with Air Defence systems is signed during this visit.

While Pakistan will also be taking Russian interests in consideration. France sold submarines to Pakistan then offered newer model submarines to India. Russian may also consider military deals with Pakistan. The strategic alliances do not matter now so all countries have no qualms of signing deals to sell defense equipment.
