Qaid-e-Azam himself led a secular life. He never offered namaz, drank wine,ate pork, found specially tailored suits more comfortable than Salwar kameez.

Even his contemporary MK Gandhi must have known more ayats of Quran than Qaid-e-Azam.

Pity I would like to see a progressive and modern Pakistan which is secular and gives equal rights to the minorities.

Indus valley civilisation also encompasses gujarat , indian punjab , rajasthan , jammu , haryana and recently a site has also been excavated in western uttar pradesh . Google alamgirpur it is in western uttar pradesh .

The IVC doesnt belong to the whole of south Asia. That's like saying the Ancient Egypt belongs to the whole of North Afrcia. Or the Persian Empire belongs to the whole of Middle East. Or Greek Civilization belongs to the whole of Europe.

Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the Indus Valley Civilization derived specifically from the Indus RIVER? Both Moenjedaro & Harrapa in Pakistan are right next to the Indus River, & which is why all of Pakistan & only certain Western parts of India are part of the IVC today? The Indus river literally almost flows through the middle of Pakistan, which is why there would be sites on both sides of it, covering all the land area of Pakistan & maybe some Western parts of India. How the hell is Bangladesh or most of India related to the Indus River?

The people of IVC were known to bury their dead, and also slaughter cows. Face it. They were not hindus.

And even if they were hindus, you still cant claim IVC as your own. It's like saying I can claim Iranian, Arab, Egyptian, ect. history because I'm Muslim.

if objectively viewed, all elements gathered under the flag of AIML after 1946. so all try to colour the state in their own way, same is the case in india, some call it a secular state, some call it a hindu state, other want it to be communist, yet others want it socialist, what Dalits want maybe something more.
