Not likely, considering OHP is designed with Phalanx CIWS (which I expect Alamgir to receive from stock or retiring ship upon arrival in Pakistan) and that this particular ship has apparently (no photo yet) been fitted with rack-mouned Harpoon and that the rack-based launcher installation of C802 is probably larger/heavier that that of Harpoon. Also, the Chinese 30 mm gatling gun mount (also the basis of Type 730 CIWS) requires deck-penetration and significant space below deck, that Phalanx does not.
