You have to understand this, they are enjoying certain degree of freedom to move to a country which has a history of supporting separatism against India, because Indian govt. tries it's best to accommodate them and treat them equally as any other citizen of India. It can be stopped easily if required. no problem there. India indeed is in a position to stop the love-affair if required.

On the other hand, can you say the same ? Bramdagh Bugti lives in Switzerland, on exile and says, he will be tortured and killed if he is deported to Pakistan.

Still I am an Indian who says J&K is an integral part of India.. LOC won't be converted to IB till the day Punjabi Pakistani's hold high offices!
