Evidently Pakistan does not respect itself for if it did , it would not allow a Cricketer to behave like a Mawali at a Military event like the Reteat at Wagah.

For a country thats run by the army most of its existence & since Dictators are eulogized , one would expect those in uniform to respect a function which involves lowers of its own flag.

and the amazing thing is that Pakistan is the only country in the whole world where indians get special treatment and respect as per indians themselves. this BCCI jerk what ever his name is seems high, first they cry for so many years that govt is not giving them permission and they come out of closet and showing their real faces.

their artists, politicians and all bread and butter is to bark against Pakistan and Pakistanis day and night and still we talk about peace but when a single Pakistani do something their burnol factories started to get extra orders due to huge increase in demand

India shed the colonial status in 1950 when it became a republic . Check when did Pak do the same & for how much longer did Pak have British heads of State ?

I agree, no other country has given more respect to Indian players as Pakistan did in the past, they welcomed them with hospitality and the local generosity, even many Indian players like Ganguly acknowledges that.

Kapil Dev, S. Gavaskar and many more has said this time and again that shopkeepers were not accepting money from them, the Indians spectators when they visited the world cup match held in Lahore...the players were treated as royalties.

As written in my earlier comment, this kind of sadistic gesture/pleasure suits India...now, politicians gets the constituency on hating Pakistan. It serves BJP/Modi right, the Pakistan bogey and hatred.
