That is the beauty of the word MOU. It just an understanding, never an agreement. No party is obliged to follow that.

An MOU an understanding, a word of mouth agreement deserves to be obliged more, means a lot, more than any signed piece of paper, which is done when you don't trust the other party...it means you breached the trust shown here.

It means you can't take the word for it...the other party has discredited, used duplicity and cunning ways to fool you, this is another thing all these gestures are revered in India which is abhorred by all.

BCCI is under RSS/BJP cloud now infact every institution of India is slowly being walloped by ultra nationalists goons i.e BJP from bollywood to sports or religious matters. India under Modi, is truly on the way of becoming a Hindu extremist society. For example they cry foul when Australian board post something about Tendulkar getting bowled by Fleming or if some Pakistani cricketer tweets about Kashmir. Man, their insecurity, tolerance, obsession, hatred ,patience is of like a small kid who always need an attention and a lollipop in his hand, and if someone wants to take it off - they cry like never before.

Go learn a thing or two about MoU, before talking crap about it. It never an agreement in the first plase as you are trying to imply.

There is no obligation on any party involved in an MoU. The reason why PCB can't initiate a letigation against BCCI.
