Pakistan Should Bomb Illegal Indian Dams

Your suggestions are pure jokes and stupid to say the least.

First of all, Coke in Pakistan amongst other brands is very much owned and managed and operated by Pakistanis.

Secondly, the day or moment war breaks out between India/Pak, the first thing foreigners working in the Sub-continent would do is to grab anything in their hands and take the next flight back home.

All goraay business investors and managers would literally run in their boxers the moment a war breaks out.

And during war there wont be *any* foreign investment or business activities flowing into either of the country.

Yes, India may have to a limited extent diplomatic options available given their recent deals with the Americans. they may be able to push Pak to a certain extent. But that is it.

On the other Hand, Pakistan has more regional affiliates than India. Pak has better ties to oil rich middle eastern Muslim countries. Imagine your oil supply being stop for a few days? all economic activity being stopped. internally there would be rebellions usurping across due to sheer poverty n lawlessness

therefore depicting a rosy pic of war is really easy but it would be total destruction of both the states to say the least.

Bhayya, I am not depicting a rosy picture of war, hell, I am depicting alternate options for India other than war.

Coke is owned in Pakistan by Pakistanis!!?!

Sir, do you know what an MNC means. Can Pakistan produce and sell Coke in Pakistan without the Coke company funding it?
Now, replicate this for all the companies.

both Big dams of Pakistan are filled with very fertile soil if they are targeted by India the flood water will take that soil to rich the farm land. Finding some positive from a negative thing

Heights of positive thinking!

But what will you do of that fertile soil when a few hundred thousand of the farmers & family are dead.

i Think the Indus water treaty should be taken to United Nations and ask them to resolve the issue peacefully.

India and Indians know that these dams block water supply for Pakistan and the water Belong to her According to indus water treaty.

If not leaving Pakistan to become a dessert is not an option ! , we Are prepared for any type of war of "survival" maybe this could be the cause of that limited war the Gen Kapoor is refering to.This could be the Part of their cold start strategy to compell Pakistan to retaliate , thats why my belief is we must solve this issue on Political front without firing a single bullet:sniper:

India's actions are within the ambit of IWT. Pakistan already complained to UN water commission(I forget the exact name of it), and it ruled that India's actions were in accordance with IWT. If pakistan wishes to renegotiate IWT, it may get a still tougher deal this time around based on population proportion.
People managing Pakistan are not as stupid as you assume, they have already tried what you have suggested.

But if Pakistan has to burn those dams to the Ground we would be doing it by Cruise missiles and a possibility of an " Surgical air strike may exist depending on the circumstances and political stance of islamabad" after all , its our water and we need it morethan anyone else , as far as u.s is concerned we do not give a crap about them we just pretend to do so!

Gear up boys::triniti:!

Regards:

Your first suggestion was well thought out, the second one is emotional. The consequencies of an air strike or missile attack would be, in short, disastrous for Pakistan. If you are a well-wisher of Pakistan, then you would not even contemplate this scenario. India loses one dam, Pakistan loses itself. It is like trying to clean a dirt spec in your eye with a needle or like cutting off the eye because a dirt spec fell in your eye. Just because of probability of a more parched up Pakistan, you want Pakistan to commit hara kiri?!!

BTW, all the proponents of military action should think. Why would Pakistan take a direct overt military option when India is substantially stronger than it? If at all Pakistan will try to use other methods to stall the process and try to raise, once it raises, then it may consider military option.

i would invite you to think about a hypothetical sanario , what would one do when their forces are on the other border fighting someone else they have no oil to fight the war neighter they have money and they have to fight another war and they have Nuclear weapons and one of the world's most reliable Missile system?
What should they do?:azn:

I am not a warmonger i do not want 900 million people to die , but let me know what do you think about it?;)

That country must accept that it is in bad times, it must accept that its nukes and missiles are not a solution to their present problems. It must strive to build other strengths, it must try to resurrect its economy, it must pretend to be friends with its enemies and cooperate with them and make them give concessions to it, and it must pray to god.

If people had thought like you, sir, then India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan would have been still under british rule. Or maybe all of subcontinent should have committed suicide because they were no match to British according to you. Thats a wrong approach. When you are powerless, you must accept the situation and work to building your strength meanwhile allow your enemey greater leeway.

But it is a great idea to bomb illegal Indian Dams may be 3-5 years from now, when they are fully built. Plus the Moaist insurgency will be a lot stronger in another 3-5 years in India.:pakistan:

Do you know what frenchizing means? Do you know MNC have gone beyond boundaries and many no longer have a 'home'?

Pakistan has tons of local brands and sponsors and can live survive without coke even if it pulls out (which is not a possible scenario), to your sheer dismay and disbelief.

So yes your assumptions are really stupid and do not make an iota of sense. I can make a million such assumptions depicting countries stopping their trades with India at the request of Pak and what not, but im not here to troll unlike many Indians here

I think your posts are emotionally charged and patriotically motivated. Tons of your local brands will not match one MNC in employment generation, revenue generation or production. Any economy is dependent on MNC businesses today, more so, countries that are still not fully developed like in Sub-Continent. And particulary Pakistan's in its present state of economic crisis is vulnerable if MNCs boycott Pakistan.

Yes Pakistan could do the same to India if:

Pakistan had bigger economy than India.
Pakistan had bigger market than India.
Pakistan was more developed than India.

Since it is the other way around, it is not possible.

Perhaps. Depends on the situation then. There are many possibilities. For example: India could be more stronger and Pakistan more weaker.

he he...I guess each one hopes the best for his nation.
:)

Hmm...No. India, for the first time is dealing very seriously with Maoists insurgency. The present Home Minister is very serious with this issue. Till now, Maoists were only dealt at state level, but now there is a consensus at national level. In 3-5 yrs time, Maoists would be on their deathbed.

Gundaa

This was a movie which had one of the most memorable dialogues. one of which was

Aggar chuha, haathi ke andar ghus jaye, toh chuha marega ya haathi? :woot:

It's okay, we can take it.

You mean people in the downstream residing in Pakistan can take it right. As you are located in Dubai it wont affect you at all. So maybe we better ask the Pakistanis who will be really affected by the floods and know their opinion, that if they are fine with drowning?

@pakpower
I didn't start this thread so how it can be my wish you ..................... boy?.

dude i also didnt start this thread:rofl::rofl: neither an indian said tat india should bomb indian dams

If what you say is indeed true, then how would you explain the fact that in all the wars with India, it was Pakistan that was short in supply of the basic neccesities?

Obviously Chuha is gonna get crushed..

Aggar chuha andar ghus gaya, it means that chuha tore opened the elephant and entered its body. That would pain and then bleed elephant to death. How will Chuha get crushed, hain?
