we also talk to Russia for new submarines & su-35 jets

Could you pls provide the details of AESA on J-10 with some source. BTW, for which submarines and SU-35 jets you are in talks with Russia, pls provide a source, as its kind of rumour 2-3 yrs back but no details till now available.

im always been biggest fan of pakistan and russia colabration if inida can go with usa after opposing USA in cold war and pakistan opposed russia now time to make mistakes right pakistan should go for russia and it is not good that in last 20 years i only heared that mushy was the one who visited moscow hope someone like chief of army staff once in year visit there naval destroyers will do world of good for pakistan navy

Saudis are a big but silent lobby behing promoting Pak-Russian millitary releations..they see it as a counter balance to Turk-Israel millitary releations..

Last time Russia gave in to India pressure of abandoning Pakistan (Bhutto era) not only it lost a potential ally to staunch-anti communist strongman but its only pro-soviet civilian politician. This twist of events had heavy cosequence for Russia in the later Afghan war.
Now the russian understand anything in centra-asia and middle-east is not going anywhere withour fair releations with Pakistan and deattaching of Pakistani releation from Russo-Indian policy.

Moving closer to china? we are close since the early days.

US not having major deals? like selling multi billions worth 38 F-16s,MLU star kits,Returning back 29+ sanctioned F-16s?JDAMS, 12 PC-3 Hawkeye 2000s?115+ M109A5 Self Propelled Howitzers? etc etc..

yes if russian were never with us why they had helped us in building asia's biggest steel mill which is still bigger than any steel mill in asia it is shame for indian's after being good friends with russia they only buy russian weapons not other things for civilian use one more thing USA sold its hardware to pakistan before you think of buying it for last 30 years indians never used any aircraft made in USA but pakistan had used russian made helos and USA made jets what we lack is to move for friendly dilogue and strategic relation with russia becoz pakistan is world's best geo political location and im sure russia knows that it is loosing defence deals from india so they want to fill its lose yes pakistan alone can't buy that much from russia as india do but via pakistan they can sell their weapons to arabs who known as world biggest buyers alone saudi's have passed india deal so imagine how much via pakistan they can get and whatever pakistan buys it will be surplus bonus
