On 27 February 2020 and 11 March 2020, the Directorate of Procurement (Air) of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) released a tender for “the procurement of radomes for TPS-77 MRR and YLC-18A radars.” As of the March 2020 tender notice, the PAF expects implementation to start in three months of contract signing.

According to the 2017-2018 disclosure by the Pakistan Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP), the PAF ordered five YLC-18A ‘multi-role radars’ for $24.9 million US against the military’s development package for the year. I am having difficulty understanding this! is the tender for foreign or local people to submit proposals to?
It says "FE" which I'm guessing is foreign exchange. So, it looks like even if local people submit proposals, some or a lot of their materials will come from abroad anyways.

These are just interlocking fiberglass panels.
Which age and degrade over the years.
TPS-77 were installed in Musharraf era ( bless him) so it's been more than a decade and the fiberglass must be in need of replacement.

How many TPS-77?

Do we have TPS -77 or TPS-77 MRR??? What is the difference between them and how many do we have???
