What's new

Pakistan, Iran connected by inseparable bonds: Imran Khan

4 decades.

I disagree. The presence of the Iranian mullah regime ensures that the GCC remain in the USA camp. Imagine a scenario where Iran, Pakistan and KSA were all on friendly terms.

The USA waited 10-15 years after sanctions before they invaded Iraq. If you think they're done in Syria you're in for a surprise. They have you surrounded physically from three sides.

Russia is one election away from going the way of Yelstin, just saying.

The ONLY way out for the Iranian mullah regime is to test a nuke.

Save yourself and test a nuke now.

Without Iran no one would buy Expensive US toys

Yep, and this is the solution to de-fang the US military industrial complex and put pressure on Israel. Don't join their proxy wars.

KSA is joining CPEC, so this is a golden opportunity for Pakistan and China to push KSA in a direction of reconciliation towards Iran.

Resolving Yemen and Syria should be priority number one, and in Yemen, KSA and Iran should sit down together and reunite Yemen.

False. We are Parthians, Scythians, Hepthalites and Irani group stocks. Our heritage descends from the IVC centered on Harrapa. Don't lump us in with interior Hindustan.

They are brain washed about us, but they should tell us if they can kiss Indian a$$ so deep than what's wrong with ours!

US must be paying some commission of his sales proceeds to Iran or Iran is serving for free!

No you're not. None of those ancient peoples were South Asians or had any connection to your people except for maybe conquering some Indian kingdoms.

Parthians were from northeast Iran, they came from what is today known as Semnan in Iran. They have nothing to do with Pakistanis and Indians.

Likewise Scythians were a distant cousin people of Iranians, they had nothing to do with Pakistanis except for raiding and attacking northwest India sometimes.

Hephthalites were invaders and nomads from the Asian steppe that didnt even exist when the Achaemenids were around. They came much later. They had more in common with Chinese and Mongolians than with you.

Our heritage descends from the IVC centered on Harrapa. Don't lump us in with interior Hindustan.

Ok. So why were you lying about ancient Iranian and steppe peoples then? Iranians dont have anything to do with some 'IVC' or 'Harrapa' people. They werent Iranian.

I didnt 'lump' you with anyone btw. That's just history and reality that 'lumps' you to India.

The Old Persian word for what is today southern and central Pakistan is 'Hindush' from which you get the later words Hendu (Indian / South Asian) and Hendustan (India / South Asia) in Middle Persian.

There is an article on the topic of the Persian conquest of Indians in the book 'The World of Achaemenid Persia: History, Art and Society in Iran and the Ancient Near East' that discusses this topic and analyzes the written sources and the archaological record for the Persian invasion and extraction of tributes, taxes and servants etc from Hindush, Sattagydia and other types of Indian (ie, todays Pakistan).

We are South Asians.

We are Punjabis, Pathans, Sindhis, Balochis, and Kashmiris.

But we are completely different to Indians.

We have little in common with both India and Iran.

We have a unique distinct identity.

Iranians are Persians, Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Lurs, Mazandarani, and Arab.

We have no ethnic group we share with Iran other than Baloch.

In Iran, people speak Farsi.

In Pakistan, people speak Urdu.

The only thing we share with Iran is religion.

And even then are issues between Iran and Pakistan.

But I won't mention that here, because then the thread will become a troll fest.

I believe your country is half Indus valley civilization and other half is southern Iranic plateau.

Other than the southern Iranian groups like Baloch or Pashtun (unmixed with indus DNA of southern pakistan) none of the larger ethnic groups in Pakistan are Iranic. There might be some ancient Iranic gene among the Indo Sychtian tribes or Elam Iran to Indus valley but that seems to be diluted now because the phenotypically usual pakistanis look just like north indians rather than Iranians. Off course the iranic pashtuns or baloch (unmixed ones) would show the Iranid, east side irano-afghan, southern iranid phenotype. That is just phenotype. DNA of Iran and Pakistan are different. Elam, Aryans, Sychtians, Hephthalites, Turko-Iranians have migrated/invaded for more than 2 millenia so obviously there might be some occurrence of Iranic gene.

I agree with are different to Iranians.

But at the same time we are different to Indians.

We Pakistanis have a unique identity.

Pashtuns and Baloch are iranic group by culture, origin and DNA.

Iranians are Persians, Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Lurs, Mazandarani, and Arab.

We have no ethnic group we share with Iran other than Baloch.

Arabs are not Iranians. They are a Semite race native to middle east from the beginning. Iranians came from central asia. Afghans are also iranians btw Tajik and Pashtuns.

In Iran, people speak Farsi.

In Pakistan, people speak Urdu.

Urdu is persianized Hindustani (sanskrit and prakret).

And even then are issues between Iran and Pakistan.

Agreed.

Urdu has nothing in common with Hindi. We are completely different to Indians.

We are also completely different to Iranians.

lol, so just 2 ethnicities, out of 5 ethnicities in Pakistan are Iranic based.

We may commonalities with you Iranians, but we are still a different nation with a unique identity.

We Pakistanis have a unique identity.

Indus side of Pakistan is unique but you can not say that to your western side.

OKAY, so the western part of Pakistan may have historically been part of the Hakhamaniyah empire.

And the Pathan and Baloch ethnicities are "Iranic."

But still Pakistan has a unique identity as a total.

Urdu is a persianized form of Hindustani language (not hindi) which was spoken 1000 years ago.

Those 2 ethnicity make upto 30-40 % of your country right ?

Yes we are different groups but Pashtun and Baloch are common. Modern day iran has no pashtun tribe in it but I am talking about iranian people in general not the modern day iran state.

OKAY, so the western part of Pakistan may have historically been part of the Hakhamaniyah empire.

Achamenied
