I have a different view the 2010 and onward youth has higher anti India sentiment than pre 2010 youth they are more informed

And yet all the commercial adv. are made in India and PEMRA allows it.
All of youth sounds funny to me, when they speak hindi on so called URDU channels... where ironically URDU is missing.
Thank God, I'm clean from the virus of hindi movie/ soap opras.

That is why Persian as a national language would have been a better choice

I agree. You know it why British raj killed Persian as national language and promoted hindi.
When Pakistan was made, we adopted URDU but thanks to democracy in Pakistan, majority of Pakistan has been converted back to hindi.
