Case always won in international tribunal..India is entitled to use between 10 to 33% of river water..

As IWT states, who ever dams the river first, will have the first rights to its waters.

Had Pakistan completed Neelum Jhelum first, India would have had no choice but to let entire water flow unrestricted for neelum jhelum to work at it full capacity.

But since Kishenganga has been completed first, India has the first rights, greatly diminishing neelum jhelums ability to produce power.

Pakistan tried to delay Kishenganga dam(so that it could complete its own dam first) by taking matter to WB, but it didnt work.

Explosives 101: just enough explosives to put the required amount of cracks to get a steady flow of water out, not all of it at once. It's called controlled demolition.
Political science 101: the hindu fascist government has done wonders to unite not just Pakistanis but also us and the Muslims of india.
