don't worry, after 2-3 years you will find new ones but it is true that cricket had so many all time great players from 1990s to 2010Nah....just lack of interesting players across the board everywhere. I don't see anyone comparing to the personalities I had growing up. I guess I am following my dad here somewhat, he certainly complained about my generation of cricket compared to his lol.
I welcome BD winning more so BD fans can have better health ....so they can develop actual egos in the first place (that are worth crushing lol). Right now its just short term childish dramabaaz still. Become more adult and experienced and it will be worth something more (both wins/loses)
My god man.
I've said it many times....but Afridi was probably the most demoralising batsman (of my time) when he got going. Right up there with Viv Richards I suppose (thats more my dad's time heh).
Maybe Sehwag and Gilchrist can be compared somewhat....but they never really had the same level of exposure to those situations as Afridi often did (for innings end boom boom/bust bust).
With BD crowd, I think they cried the most there when Afridi's sitter was dropped there....lol.
