India didn't talked of the revoking. What is said was that treaty was unfair towards India and India has the right to explore legal options and ask for a review.

It is quite unfair if you discount other factors. 80% of water is allocated to Pakistan. India, at that agreed to the treaty, because unlike in India that has many rivers, Pakistan is heavily dependent on Indus. The negotiations took 10 years

The people of India seem satisfied with most indicators, including foreign policy with the sole exception being policy towards Pakistan where people are dissatisfied. Indian public opinion is a lot more hard line than the Modi government has been. Been that way since 26/11.

I'm surprised that so many Pakistanis make it about Modi. Not like Pakistanis did better with MMS or Vajpayee either, each one of who had major terrorist attacks happening for their efforts at peace. I have written a detailed paper on it and I know it inn and out

So anyway we are on edge due to lack of skilled people who can won over IWT issue
