TTP says it's fighting for independence from the British imposed legal system and wants to impose Sharia or Islamic law.

At the same time, it is also an insurgency.

Hence if you can justify Kashmir insurgency on the basis of number of dead people, I can also justify the TTP insurgency on the nasis of number of dead people.

Independence is independence, be it from Indian system (Kashmir) or British system (TTP).

14 august 1947 was day of independence... and why i have to keep remind you that being a muslim majority state kashmir considered a part of pakistan... and here according to your resources Pakistan army entered in there kashmiri part(which was decided before as Pakistani state but later mountbatten stated it as disputed territory) in 22 Oct 1947 .......... dates in your own posts are reflecting plans of Mountbatten and indian officials dirty plan on kashmir.....

Pakistan has no intention nor does it want to attack India for goodness sake. Logic states apart from the odd 1% lunatic - both nations want and need peace. Both nations are tired of the bickering - i wish our corrupt leaders with their personal motives would put their nations interest first.

It was not declared a pak state,if it was it would have easily been in Pak.
