Some realistic thoughts on recent events

Pakistan influenced by China? Of course there could be a lot more than we know. Chinese will make sure Pakistan and US will go. Head to head against each others. Stand in Chinese shoes and think about it.

Pakistan can't stop an actual US invasion. Once the ran in to cities and towns gorilla type attacks are possible. With the help of Iran China and Russia of course. But us will think different strategy against nuclear weapons state.

Pakistan should stop living in lala land and wake up to the truth and realistic situation. Economy and military is in. No match for Super powers like us. While Pakistan aims to achieve superiority against India US aims to achieve superiority against rest of the world. Which they already did

The US has enough confidence and arrogance to launch an attack inside Pakistan. US knows Pakistans internal political turmoil with the Shareefs in Saudi Arabia, Qadri back and forth from Canada making a pact with zardari, senior politicians back and forth to the UK. Without a doubt the US will commit a brazen attack on Pakistani soil. Pakistanis are not known to counter any attack, never once did we bring down a US drone when Obama went on a killing spree of our Tribal areas Or as to when the US murdered 20 Pak soldiers in a 2 hour long assault. We just have to digest Pakistan will not counter any US assault. Seems like the entire world can come to our door step and commit any attrocity. I use to support the idea of Pakistani citizens of being disarmed of all weapons but now i feel it is best for Pak citizens to have some weapon be it a handgun to have atleast a tiny chance of defending their homes and families of any foriegn army.

USA did abbotabad with full Pakistani knowledge and assistance. That's why downed chopper was returned. OBL was not killed as he was already dead and BB saif so in her interview when she was alive. No body no evidencr ...just belive me ss i am america.

There's a larger issue there. The far superior and much stronger US Military was bogged down and unable to defeat a few thousand ill trained but determined Talibaan militia. How in the world can the US even dream of defeating Talibaan if Pakistan not only stops US supplies through its routes but also starts covertly helping the Talibaan? Do you recall what a few hundred Stingers and anti Armour weapons did to the Soviet Air Power?

Another option could be financial blackmailing and possible sanctions. But there were sanctions of Pakistan throughout the 90's and we survived. We infact grew self reliant and that was the period when our friendship with China really picked up. Now we have great relations with China and Turkey while our relation with Russia is improving daily. On the other hand the US is pissing off not only her close allies but also the entire European Union.

That brings us to the possibility of US military action against Pakistan. Now, how realistic is it really? and what are the possible repercussions of those actions globally? Does the US want a country of 200 million+ to be openly hostile to US along with a Military which is capable of annihilating any US military action on the ground with the support of general public? Would the US really want to use its air superiority and go to a length where Pakistan has no option but to attempt and take out US air bases within range? And what if Pakistan is able to take out even a single base with its IRBM/SRBM etc.? What kind of a signal does it send to North Korea, Iran and other US adversaries and friends alike?

As I see it, the US is stuck in a hard place, there is no easy way out for the US here. An intelligent US Government would entice the Pakistani establishment with more funds and would seek a settlement in Afghanistan with the assistance of Pakistan. President Trump is an as****e who has no idea what he is getting his country into.......he's picking up fights with North Korea, Iran, China, Russia, UK, European Union, Mexico, Middle East, Africa etc. Pretty soon he will have lost all US friends and that makes a big difference.

Just imagine if China, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, European Union etc., drop the US $ and start trading in Chinese or some other neutral Currency?

Best the US could do is firing missiles from their drones, other than that it will be suicidal for the US to do operations in Pakistan and once they cross that red line, supply lines and the use of Pakistani airspace will be shut, and then the US will bleed like a pack of flies.
