Israel Air Force are not incompetent fools like the Indian Air Forcec. As a smaller country who has to face many larger adversaries (like Pakistan with India) they have trained to death just like Pakistan has, and they have far superior technology to apply their training unlike us. Maybe if PAF gets J-20s and Pakistan gets better power projection capabilities this is possible.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Abdullah Al-Nafisi, a professor of political science and a former member of the Kuwaiti parliament, sparked an interaction between activists on social media, after a tweet in which he expressed his personal analysis of the reason behind America’s move and acceptance of a ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinians.

Al-Nafisi said in a tweet: “New news about the cease-fire began to leak out and Netanyahu’s acceptance (in haste) to accept a ceasefire .. Turkey and Pakistan asked Jordan and Iraq to use air bases to enter the air force in the fighting in support of the Palestinian resistance .. Biden told the Israelis about this. They hurriedly accepted to stop. “
CNN has contacted the Jordanian and Iraqi authorities in Arabic to obtain comment on these reports, without a response at the time of writing this report.

Sure, but the way Pak gave surprise on 27th, was also highly unlikely. Sure, this is a notch up.

Nevertheless, I don't see Pakistan weakening its position against India to fight a war Middle Eastern countries are capable of fighting themselves.

I mean, if India backstab us while we r delivering a favour to Gulf, India will make Gulf an enemy. Plus, if we lose against India, then it may escalate to Nuclear war. I think Pak should make a policy that losing anywhere/theatre, just take India with herself.

I think the real question isn't whether Pakistan and Turkey offered any such things - it may have been discussed under the recent proposal from Turkey about a joint force to protect al Quds and Palestinians - or not.

To me it is interesting that an arab politician would publicly state something like this. It obviously is good for Turkish and Pakistani image but it also seems to cast the Arabs in a bad light.

I am not going to completely discount something like this but I think it was talked of in a more broader sense of something of a hypothetical. If a proposal of this type were accepted, a lot of diplomatic work would need to be done on the international stage, along with a lot of planning etc. Bases and supply lines would have to be established if all goes well as well as financing etc.

My guess is we may actually see something like this as the cold war between the US and China intensifies over the next decade or so. In a bipolar or multipolar world, Israel can be challenged once the US is sufficiently tied up in other more serious and important matters.

Today though, I agree that it would be a bit foolish. Indeed as the headline implies, it would be ill-advised to simply sent jets fighters to an country to attack someone like Israel.

However, just because you cannot do it today doesn't mean you can't plan for it with it.

I also think that joint force created with Turkey and Pakistan (with other Muslim countries) today would actually be very helpful for Pakistan in a future conflict with India.

So we shouldn't discount this project offhand. We too are faced with a very large foe and we should try to make all efforts to create channels and mechanisms which can be useful to us in a future conflict of our own.

I'd also like there to be actual work done on the economic front. The OIC countries have a combined GDP of nearly 20 trillion. I know it seems far fetched today but maybe in due time things could change. insha'Allah.
