Ashraf ordered Pakistan Air Force (PAF) authorities to operate C-130 flights to Gilgit and Skardu to help transport passengers stranded in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, enabling them to celebrate Eidul Fitr with their families.

Hundreds of passengers, including women and children, have been stranded in the twin cities as public and private transport was suspended following the killing of 19 passengers in Babusar.

And some idiots accuse the military of eating up the economy. It's really sad that such acts of compassion and dedication to national safety go unnoticed. These operations not only require physical resources but also require crews to be on their toes.Leave it to our media to tarnish the efforts made by our Forces for the people.God-Bless the people who organised and set up this evacuation op for the stranded Gilgitis.
