Is this the first time an IAF aircraft has landed on an unpaved strip?

No. IAF aircraft have landed at plenty of unpaved airstrips right since their inception.

Moreover, the Daulat Beg Oldi airstrip itself was operational during the 1962 and 1965 conflicts. It's just been reactivated recently.

looks like quite an old video, F-4 Phantoms flying initially.
Nice touch and Go maneuver by C-130.

A project from 1960s ..... aimed at landing a transport aircraft to provide re-supply to the AC .

Not only touch and GO , even landing and take-offs were conducted . At 1.15 you can see proper landing .
