Having a PK visa vs NICOP doesnt make any difference except the visa is more costly. Even under a PK visa, the PK authorities will argue that you are a pakistani if having pak roots.

Let me give a proper legal perspective. Renounce your Pakistan citizenship and dispose of NICOP. Instead go for "Pakistan Origin Card" - POC . In this way you are NOT a citizen of Pakistan & Pakistani laws do not apply on you. POC only indicates that you had "roots" in Pakistan or your parents did. But POC allows you to do pretty much all things what Pakistan citizens can do - such as buying property.

Unless you have diplomatic immunity or the golden minority card, Pakistani law would apply to you regardless.
