2 as like February 27 that’s was also a intrusion by enemy aircraft in to the sovereign country

The Mig in Kargil was brought down by army air defense teams. The wreckage was often displayed at 6 September shows held in the Pindi Race Course/Polo Ground. I saw the wreckage and met one of the guys who shot it down on the 6 September show all those years ago.

No idea where it is now.

you can stay contented with a figure of your choice..The truth is most of the 25000 soldiers you caught were the ones deputed in and around Dhaka the city and were the people who couldnt evacuate on time as they were helping the bihari civilians from the militant mukti bahni slaughter..They were in Dhaka to take care of law and order situation not fight the Indian Army.

However. on the west end you were the one surrendering. there was considerable land captured by PAkistan Army which was later used to bargain back those 25000 soldiers and their families.

I agree with what you said. It is against the dignity of this elite and most vaunted institution to do stuff like that. This is what I would expect from the Eastern enemy scum.

No the Indians would spend millions on statues of Elephants but they tend to award pilots and crew with medals whether they get shot down by PAF or Indian ground defences....very mature indeed.

Indians make fake tail sections of Lord knows what make believe plane they dreamed they shot down. Hence I agree with some earlier commenters that we shouldn't stoop to this level.
