Even different fiqas have different fundamentals, some are common some aren't. All have their own understanding of Islamic Law.

Unfortunately , Muslims divided into two big sects the moment Prophet Muhammad PBUH died, or in other words these sects came out in the opening after the death of the 2nd caliphate. But US & Jews have taken use of our this weakness. No doubt.

As for tribal jirga system, government had tried to use it in the start, but if you don't know, the militants killed nearly all the tribal elders & decimated the jirga system due to this fact. So the jirga system can't be revived till these militants are controlled or eliminated.
Swat people have not been living freely as the FATA areas tribal people, there was a proper govt system there. Swat was taken over by militants then army moved in and the fight has still waged on. As for FATA, when the local people can't do anything about the foreigners then definitely PA has to do something otherwise just like what these militants have done to the people of FATA, they will do to rest of the country. Do check out the suicide attack on the Orkazi Jirga, 150+ tribal people including children were killed, after this attack the tribal people will broke down and are now looking towards the PA to rescue them. Similarly many other attacks on the jirgas & its leaders had happened, breaking the will of the people to stand up to these thugs. If you don't know let me remind you, the head chief of the wazir tribe, senator fareedullah was gunned down when he was helping out the PA by making the wazir tribe go against the foreign elements, same wazir who then kicked out the uzbeks out from their area. In Swat up till now 50+ political leaders & tribal elders have been killed, same goes for other agencies.

So kindly think from another perspective & see that the war started by US has now become the war of our survival. These militants are not interested in Jihad, their only objective is to kill & destroy Pakistan. So stop your pro-taliban statements & realize what the reality is. This is no war against fellow Muslims by PA, it a war against the Fitna which is destroying Islam & Pakistan.

On the contrary. Tribal justice systems should be eliminated, and replaced by more trustworthy, more transparent, more dependable and more reliable justice and social systems. Economies must be developed, children must be educated, the rights of common men and women must be protected. In other words, everything that was not done previously must be done, and most of what was done previously must be eliminated or replaced. The entire region must be cleared of extremist elements, and if we need drone strikes to aid us with that, the so be it. It is time for FATA, FANA, NWFP and Balochistan to be brought under Pakistan proper, under Pakistani government and under Pakistani law. No more Ilaqa Ghair, no more fertile land for extremism, no more illegal arms markets etc. Shariah is the right of every Muslim, and so must be provided, but not imposed. And lastly, policy should not be based on pro-US or anti-US or pro-India or anti-India bias. Policy must be pro-Pakistan. Pakistan first, Pakistan last, and Pakistan in between. If the US benefits from our actions, good for them, if they don't, too bad, but we continue to do what is in our best interest, nationally, regionally and internationally.

If you are not in favor of the TTP, then stop criticizing the PA & see the reasons for the PA armed operation, which i have very amicably told above, its not in the power of the local people anymore to confront these groups.

And as for the direction of operations the PA is doing, its their own made, if they had been taking the dictation from US, then you would have been seeing thousands of collateral damage victims & barbaric kind of operations. PA was the one which gave time to the govt to secure a peace deal in swat, when it failed PA had to take action. If PA had been going on American Advice, it would not have listened to the Pak Govt and would have launched the operation, result would have been something else then. It was PA which decided for the peoples expulsion from their area for their own safety & then helped a lot in accommodating them & in their return.

Same case with SWA, if PA had wanted it would have gone on the drive by now as US wants that, but PA is waiting & trying for some other way out & now also accommodating the people from that area.

So plz before you speak against anything try to see the logic & reasons behind them.

Please be clear present civil justice system is not acceptable to FATA and SWAT and shariah law is not acceptable to GOP .

Agreed operation is executed by PA but financed by USA.

Where was USA when local people have no basic facilities (clean water,health,education) , US just wanted safe passage for NATO nothing else.

Why PA not started ground attack in FATA becouse the know 5 million people of FATA will go staright to Islamabad they will not go to IDP camps.
