So

C = sqrt(0/0)

C becomes infinite.

When I say Zero I mean 0.000000000000001/0.000000000000001

What does E = mc² denote? The E required to propel m at the speed of light.

If m is zero then E required is zero.
If m is near zero then E required is near Zero.

Is the speed of light constant? "Varying constants" from Einstein Light

The thing is, once you plug in the value of m= 0 in E=mc^2, you will get E=0

but you CAN NOT plug in the once solved value, E=0, AGAIN into the same equation. that wont make any sense mathematically.

You do realize that the total energy of the universe is a fixed. Hence, if c were to be infinite at any point, according to your argument, that means the amount of energy available should also be infinte( bcoz E and c are directly proportional as per E=mc^2), which is not true according to the law of conservation of energy. So, if ever c becomes infinite, the entire concept of the first law of Thermodynamics would collapse.
