First of all, you cant replace speed of light (c) to just speed bcoz speed of what need to be mentioned!

Second, speed of light, c, doesnt represent the speed of the matter in this case whatever 'm' belongs to.

Third, even in Algebra you cant change the value of a constant.

If Mass is zero

E = 0
E = 0 x c x c = 0
So

C = sqrt(0/0)

C becomes infinite.

When I say Zero I mean 0.000000000000001/0.000000000000001

What does E = mc² denote? The E required to propel m at the speed of light.

If m is zero then E required is zero.
If m is near zero then E required is near Zero.
