Forget it. China is far, far ahead. They have even built roads into Indian territory. not the cheap potholed crap but world-class highways. Chinese troops can simply roll into Arunachal and Sikkim and Indian troops will be able to do nothing.

It is best if India gives up Sikkim, Arunachal, and gives up its claim over Aksai Chin. China is only going to get stronger and there is no point trying to antagonize them. They can easily play havoc in India with their intelligence agencies. Something that India is incapable of doing in China.

What has Indian government been doing for last 20 years? Even under the worst Communist dictatorship, China had better cities than India. How do you explain that?
