Provoking India again, Chinese army made incursion in Uttarakhand on September 5, TV reports said.The state CM has appealed to the prime minister and the home ministry for more patrolling force to streghten the border areas.
According to locals in the area, the Chinese reportedly made the the Chinese came as far as Rimkhim in the Chamoli district and left behind cigarettes and biscuit packet wrappers.
Two weeks ago, the Indian army had confirmed Chinese incursion in Leh.

From my point of view the report of chineese incursion in Uttarakhand is totaly wrong, clueless and baseless.
but why i am telling this ....................???????????
So reason is this :-
1:-I am from chamoli district and i knew about the terrain of that place.
No village is nearby from chineese border about to 20Km, so please think at this winter time when all the villagers of border side shift their home near to our home which is 80 km far from china border why they will cross the border and will go to china ?
I think some member will surprise of my views because im telling that indian people did not cross the border.
But stupid hindi news chanel dont know abut the truth of himalyan border.how can they blame sitting in A.c room of delhi that china did that.
from the border of uttarakhand cross border trade always happned.
as im watching since my childhood. indian peole always go to tibbet and people of tibbet come to india for cashless trade
why cash less ?
because we give them rise and daal and they give us milk of yak which is used for medicens to childrens,woolen and himlayan herbal product and salt.
but on this winter no one live near to border only I.T.B.P and then 20 to 30 km behind the border Garhwal Rifal.The place of india and china border is very narrow valley in chamoli district. chineese army never cross the border since 1981 becauce its birth time.But on the otherhand cross border trade always happened from both side by the people near to border.

but if there is some people came to india, i dont think we should blame to them so agressively, because its always happen, whats new ?

but they dont knows about border technically.They always cross border for their need we should respect them and i know indian army and chinese army too care for them.
