Nine Indian Soldiers Killed in Longest Counter Insurgency Encounter of IOK History

You guys are giving land to china free? so why ask Pakistani hard balls?

You bring up a great point. Governments only care for the Land not for people. Sovereignty is demonstrated by if the state is able to control the land or not. In 1962 PLA won many battles but they vacated the lands that they won as they felt it was unsustainable to hold them in the long term but once China became economically and militarily stronger they have started coming back to reoccupy the lands and build permanent structures to house their forces. This is where Pakistan has not succeeded yet like China. You occupied land in 1999 Kargil war like China did in 1962 but vacated it. So is Pakistan of today willing to occupy the land and stay put like China is doing. If the answer is yes, then Kashmir becomes part of Pakistan like Ladakh is becoming part of China.

Slightly different Kashmir does not become a part of Pakistan, Goes independent.

This is what I call it as BS. Both Indian and Pakistan military play this war of words because neither of them have balls to fight a real war. Pakistan claims Indian Kashmir while India claims Pakistan's AJK & GB but neither do anything to demonstrate sovereignty on what they claim. This is why I admire the Chinese. They just not claim but put the boots on the ground be it Tibet or South China sea to demonstrate sovereignty and to back their claims.

The Indian Safronists chose Modi rhetoric at the cost of soldier's lives, now you must pay up. Whats happened in the past week is a direct result of how Modi regime has handled Kashmir, we are all expecting a rise in the Kashmir freedom struggle in the coming days.

Its not a matter of not having balls to start the war. Its a matter of time. How fast can one accomplish their objectives. Rn both nations are in their procurement stage, trying to see if their can accomplish their objective(s) the fastest. Rest assured the balls and will is there. Just a matter of time.

China routinely flies their aircrafts over Taiwan even though Taiwan has capability to shoot them. That is the difference between China and others. Others just talk while China acts and demonstrates. I will guarantee you that both India and Pakistan will be in this perennial mode of military procurement and war of words while doing nothing on the ground.

If the Taiwanese did shoot down ANY Chinese aircraft, the consequences to Taiwan would be unfathomable.

How is Pakistan buying F-16, Subs, Missiles and made nukes? Pakistan is a very motivated buyer. One option could be that they take a loan from China and lease the land to China to repay the loan. Another option could be that they lease it to the US in return for Military support. Pakistanis have the will and they will find a way. Anyway that is buyers problem. Instead of we thinking how the potential buyer will buy, we should think how we could sell and get the best return out of that sale. Things that we should focus on are

1) Should we be open to sell it to any customer or should we exclude any?
2) What is the minimum amount if sold in cash or resources like gold
3) Should we sell it for cash only or do a barter deal

rate 5k per sq foot, if anyone can afford it, we can sell. no barter. Pure hard cash or gold is also fine. Your saying pakistan will take loan? they 38 mil loan is rejected

I think the current land price in Kashmir is ₹2.25 K/sq.ft

Kashmir valley area is 15,520.3 square kilometers.

The current land price in Kashmir is ₹2.25 K/sq.ft

1 square kilometer = 10763910 sq.ft

15,520 sq. km = 167,055, 883,200 sq.ft

The estimate land price of Kashmir valley would be ₹ 375, 875,737, 200, 000 i.e Approximately $5 Trillion US Dollars
