New video shows the moment Russian Pantsir S1E shot down Turkish drone in Libya

BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 P.M.) – A new video that was released this week showed the moment a Russian air defense system shot down a Turkish drone over Libya.

In the video, the Libyan National Army (LNA) can be seen operating their Russian-made Pantsir-S1E system and later downing the Turkish drone over their positions.

The drone was likely shot down over the city of Sirte, which the Turkish-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) forces have been trying to capture for much of the week.

This is the original S1 version. The latest SM version has AESA which has much better range and new missiles which have 40 km range compared to 18 km range.

Measure, counter-meausre, counter-counter-measure etc. This is a never ending cycle in the battlefields. One day Turkey could Take out ADs with drone attack, now they face with New counter-meausre.

We have Pantsir S1 and we are developing our own version of it. We probably purchased it from Syria.
It has been mentioned and cited on Wikipedia as well, but I can't access the cited reference on Wikipedia.
