We have Pantsir S1 and we are developing our own version of it. We probably purchased it from Syria.
It has been mentioned and cited on Wikipedia as well, but I can't access the cited reference on Wikipedia.

Well either this conflict lasts 30 more years and Libya never recovers or the country is split into two and each side recovers independently. Which option is better for you? It could easily be an East/West Germany thing where the two countries eventually reunite.

Alright, well if this continue in Libya its economy will never truly recover. Don't know any other solutions, cease fires don't work there.
